I liked that you mentioned question 24 and the degree of. Certainty requested. That makes sense that 24 was wrong because more info was needed since a conclusion was asked for, but what about question 22. That question asked for a hypothesis and the answer still stated that not enough info was given. When do you generally need more info? My guess was when the test asks you for a strong answer like a conclusion and not a less sweeping statement like a hypothesis then you give an answer from the info given. However, if the test asks for a conclusion, you probably need more info unless a lot is given.

Agreed re: 22. Asking for a hypothesis should allow us to hypothesize based on data.
