I dont understand why .2 is divided by 100. Isn't it multiply? Someone help thanks :)

How to set up:

1/2 * .2 percent
= 1/2 * .2 * 1/100
= 1/2 * .002, recall that dividing by 100 means adding 2 zeros behind the decimal
= .001
